Campaign Control

Who decides what appears on our site? Can we reject campaigns?

Every external campaign requires your approval — nothing goes live without your sign-off. And no, there's no catch: you can reject every single campaign if you choose to. We'll do our best to send you campaigns that are relevant to your offer, so rejections should be rare.

Here's how it breaks down by campaign type:

  • AUTOPROMO campaigns (your own) — visible immediately after creation.
  • Sponsored Products (external) — served automatically.
  • Display / Video campaigns (external) — always require your approval. These appear in the panel with a REVIEW status.

Can we quickly block a campaign if something goes wrong?

Yes, immediately. Just click the Deactivate button in the panel — the campaign is paused within about 5 seconds. Anyone with panel access can do it: your team or us as platform administrators.

Can we pull up the full emission history for a campaign?

Yes. You can view the complete emission history for any date range, including the products involved and their performance data. You get both an overall campaign view and a breakdown by individual product.

One limitation to be aware of: for Display campaigns, if a banner creative is updated mid-campaign, stats are shown as a combined total — there's currently no split between before and after the change.

Can ads send users away from our site?

They can, but you have full control over it. During campaign approval, you can decide whether to allow campaigns that lead users off your store. You can also configure whether a click opens a new tab or stays in the current one. You'll find this under the URL tab when reviewing a Display campaign.

Can ads affect the security of our site or our users?

Every ad goes through your campaign approval process, so you have full control over what appears on your site. Nothing can show up without your explicit approval.

Can users block our ads with an ad blocker?

In the standard setup — yes. However, our integration supports server-to-server communication with a reverse proxy configuration. This means ads are served from your own domain, and the browser treats them as part of your site's content. Ad blockers don't detect them. Importantly, this doesn't require any pop-ups asking users to disable their ad blocker — it just works.
